Lefteris Tsikandilakis graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens in 1988. In 1989 he completed his postgraduate studies in "Industrial Design", after winning an E.O.M.M.E.X. scholarship in Domus Academy in Milan, with which he collaborated the following year (1990) on the project "Industrial design of the elements of planning & design and organization of public urban spaces". In the period between 1990 and 1991, he cooperated with the architectural firm of Anna Castelli-Ferrieri in Milan.
He is a founder-member of ACF OFFICINA, a company established in 1990 by Anna Castelli-Ferrieri and designers of various ethnicities, with which he launched the series "Cirri" and "Nomadi", produced by the italian company SAMPONET.
The architectural firm "Lefteris Tsikandilakis & Associates" was established in November 1991. Their project portfolio includes architectural studies of private and public works, planning and design of workplaces, restoration of old buildings and pharmacy planning studies, in which they specialize. Since 2004, the practice, where a team of architects, decorators, civil engineers and graphic designers, among others, works, is located in 8 Antoniou Street in Heraklion, Crete, in a 205m2 space.
In November 2007, "Lefteris Tsikandilakis Constructions" was founded, a company that offers the possibility of a perfect materialization of "Lefteris Tsikandilakis & Associates" projects, such as pharmacies and spaces for professional use (shops, office buildings etc).
Company's renewed personnel has been available, all over the country, since August 2010, making a new start for the company, as well as for the manufacturing sector.
Along with the construction teams they collaborate with, "Lefteris Tsikandilakis Constructions" completes each project within the defined timetable
