Sociedad Industrial Tuboplast S.A. es una empresa que nace como proyecto en agosto de 2007. Durante el transcurso del mismo año y los primeros meses de 2008 se materializa la construcción y puesta en marcha de la más moderna fábrica de extrusión de tubos de PVC en Chile, con tecnología de última generación, lo que permitirá ofrecer a sus clientes la mejor relación precio/calidad. En enero de 2008 inicia sus actividades comerciales enfocándose en abastecer el mercado ferretero y distribuidores eléctricos.
