We have been in business since 1973, growing our firm off the back of long-term client relationships and trusted advice. Our continued success is built on a tight-knit and collaborative team, which thrives in a culture of shared learning, development and improvement.
Having launched our Redefining Building Performance research in 2021, TFT identified a gap: our industry holds ambitions for more healthy, sustainable and flexible assets, but is not taking the right steps to achieve them.
Combining our findings with our in-house knowledge, we help our clients and wider industry to close that gap with better measurement and closer collaboration across the building lifecycle.
