Girls in Tanzania often withdraw from school when they are pregnant, regardless of consent. Government schools are unwelcoming and private schools are unaffordable. We are developing an inclusive and stigma-free learning center to help these girls regain their educational goals and eventually access higher education and technical training. Such Alternative Education Pathways (AEPs) are a proven model of enabling teenage mothers to continue an education.
