TummyFriendly Foods(TFF) provides a wide range of organic food for kids and adults. No chemicals or preservatives are used in the process. The food is naturally fortified through sprouting, and made organically from sprouted whole grains, pulses, vegetables & fruits. We do in-house production without any outsourcing, with every step from farm to market under diligent supervision. Our on-ground team constitutes of mothers who are able to appreciate baby-food requirements.
We believe in the Ayurvedic principle that recommends food be consumed within 3 hours of cooking. Keeping kids' health at the core of our design, our porridge mixes are not ready-to-eat, they're rather ready-to-cook, which can easily be cooked in 3-4 minutes. Our baby-food has no sugar or milk powder in line with the WHO recommendation to avoid sugar completely at least until the age of 2.
In the kids' food segment, we have porridge-mixes for Stage 1, Stage 2 & Stage 3, offering a wide variety of flavors through brown-rice, oats, ragi for Stage 1; + moong dal & beet root for Stage 2; spinach, red lentils, multi-grains, green peas, sathu maavu, almonds, sweet potato, banana, dates & their healthy combinations for Stage 3. The greater the food diversity, the greater the nutrition for the child.
In the health-food segment, we have millet pancake mixes, health drinks, cookies and add-ons in a range of natural flavors, with the list growing based on consumer demand.
Established in 2019, TFF is the brain-child of its Founder, Sridevi Ashala, an Engineer-turned-Entrepreneur. An unfortunate miscarriage incident led Sridevi to understand the need for healthy kids' food and the lack of it in the market, driving her to provide kids' food in the same way it was prepared at home in the yester generations.
