Our specialist capabilities include the refurbishment and flow testing of fuel nozzles, from single units to complete combustor cover assemblies. With advanced in-house test rigs for both air and liquid testing, we ensure every nozzle is calibrated to the highest standard, fully traceable to NIST requirements.
Beyond servicing, our team is highly skilled in designing and manufacturing custom test rigs. We manage the full cycle, from design and build to commissioning and training, for test stands such as liquid fuel nozzle calibration and gas nozzle air flow calibration. Options range from manual to fully automated rigs, all with integrated test report generation.
