We are an online bookstore that provides a platform for marginalized voices including authors connected to Africa, Asia (Asia-Pacific, East and West Asia), Canadian Indigenous peoples, books written by and/or including themes affecting people living with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and the LGBTQ+ community. We believe that the path to eliminate racism between people starts with addressing the issue of ‘othering’. By enabling awareness and understanding of each other’s worlds and experiences, we can come to remove intrinsic biases that lead to racism.
