Two Doctors Aquaponics Overview

Dr Lim Jia Yang and Dr Wang Fei Fan came together to start this platform for a common goal of bringing health and wellness to everyone. Dr Lim started to dwell deeply into Aquaponics since 2015 as he was fascinated by the way vegetables/plants can be grown just using fish. To him, it was a very sustainable way of productive farming which uses way less resources as compared to traditional farming. From a small home set in 2015, he was awarded the OCBC Environment Care funds in 2019 to build a micro-farm at Medical Alumni Complex and has helped many of his friends build their own systems. Dr Wang has been always focused on health and wellness issues since her student days. To her, wellness is not only physical but also mental. Furthermore, as an ENT Specialist, she has seen how a simple change in lifestyle can produce drastic results in her patients. Together, they saw an opportunity to create a community for health and wellness through education of aquaponics and related products, and hope to make a difference.
