Bringing together over 95 years of capital market experience, Baypoint founders Scott Kovalik, Kevin Chessen and Cordy Snyder, and Bass Trading founders Steven Starker and Brian Sklar, set out to create an institutional trading firm that offered high-touch service in an industry that had become increasingly automated and electronic.
