Our Aim - to see the safe commercial development of UCG technology worldwide.
Our remit - to educate, encourage and inform of the opportunity that UCG offers to a world in need of safe, secure, clean, affordable energy
A member based, not for profit organisation, now representing over 70 organisations, UCGA works at an international level engaging with industry, governments, regulators, energy associations, academia, investors, bankers, environmental agencies and the public to raising awareness through education and information of the many benefits UCG offers as a low carbon energy source.
We have created a scientific and technical base for industry and established a community for energy professionals, academia and research.
Established the UCG Intenational Conference & Workshop, the leading global UCG event and work to encourage the formation of industry best practice.
