UCL Surgical Society

UCL Surgical Society aims to provide medical students (but also non-medical students) with all the relevant information about what a career in 21st Century surgery entails. We run a variety of practical workshops, which range from basic suturing to vascular anastomoses, and also organise a series of highly informative talks delivered by both nationally and internationally recognised surgeons. We host specialty-specific skills and careers sessions throughout the year and our flagship event, the International Undergraduate & Foundation Surgical Conference (iNUGSC), is not to be missed.
