Since its conception, Udumbunthala Syndicate has dealt with projects throughout Malabar, dealing with over 300000 sq ft. Some of the famous projects taken under our wing have been varied, such as educational institutions, hospitals, commercial centres, places of worship, apartments like Dhanalakshmi Nursing College, Dhanalakshmi Hospital, H Mall, Udumbunthala Millenium, State Bank Masjid, WestBay Apartments, Ocean Park Apartments, Urban Woods Apartments and several other luxury villas and budget homes.
