UFGM Initiative (Underrepresented, First-Generation, Minority) empowers underrepresented, underserved, first-generation, minority high school students. We seek to provide volunteer-based mentorship and one-on-one guidance for junior and senior high school students looking for help in the college application process. We aim to help undergraduate students gain mentorship and leadership skills while engaging in meaningful volunteer work that aligns with their values and desire to give back to the community.
