Ultra Clear glass filter media is a direct replacement for silica sand.Using our glass will increase the performance of sand filters significantly without the need of additional investments in infrastructure. It resists accumulation of microorganisms, plants, algae on wet surfaces. Wormhole channeling is prevented increasing the efficiency of filtration. Our product outlasts conventional filter media and never needs to be recharged. It reduces water and chemical usage.
