The Investment Banking Bootcamp (IBBC) is a UNC student organization run by a combination of upperclassmen with top finance offers and Kenan-Flagler faculty. It aims to provide UNC undergrads with an introduction to the industry of investment banking through a combination of lessons, firsthand insights from upperclassmen, guest speakers/recruiters, and more. Additionally, the IBBC hosts a NYC Trek at the end of the program, in which a select group of students will be selected to travel to NYC in December and meet with a wide variety of investment banking firms in-person. Finally, the IBBC also constructs a resume book of student resumes that it distributes to 50+ finance companies in NYC and other locations.
The IBBC typically starts at the beginning of October and applications will typically be released after the first week of September. If applications are currently open, you can find the link here.
