The UNC Wealth Management Association (“WMA” or “we”) at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School is a student-run organization that functions as a subsidiary of the UNC Undergraduate Finance Society. Formerly known as the Fixed Income Association (FIA), WMA expanded its scope to encompass multiple investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives. Our organization provides members with exposure to credit and capital markets, portfolio management, and risk strategies. Additionally, we prepare members for the rigorous internship process and ultimately help them secure full-time placements at top-tier firms in investment management, private wealth, and financial advisory.
