The trip will be converted into a pdf and it will automatically calculate the receipts, it will even calculate the different currencies used on the trip. If you use your car for business purposes and your employer reimburses you for the mileage/kilometres you drive, well the app does that for you too, simply press start when you start driving and stop when you have arrived, the app does the rest. When the time comes, just as with the receipts, you can send the evidence to your employer through the app. All trips will be saved on the app and will be given an identification number.
