Ideally, they plan to be EBITDA positive within 12 months of our investment. We were formed "by operators for operators", and today our investors comprise 60+ successful founders and executives from across a broad range of industries. Each of them have deep industry relationships. Our "operator mindset" means we like being "in-the-huddle" with the teams we back. We always take a Board seat and become a trusted thought partner of management as they work to achieve their growth ambitions.
