UniJet is total solution provider for inkjet technology in Korea since 2002.
UniJet is cooperating with the various customers and ink manufacturers together in PTIC(Printing Technology Innovation Center) to solve the process issues. PTIC operates the pre-process units, inkjet printers, post process units, test units and measuring units to accelerate the development by one stop.
The PTIC with more than 2,500 process development data during last 20 years can recommend the most efficient and successful procedure to overcome the process issues quickly.
UniJet has its own proprietary technology to coat up to 0.2um thick layer with 1% uniformity for 100% solid UV inks. Of course, it is also possible to coat within few dozens nm thick layer with solvent based inks.
UniJet has developed the inkjet technologies for large area and thin coating in Display until it is established. Now UniJet is focusing into Perovskite & Perovskite/Si Tandem Solar Cell, Semiconductor Packaging such as Glass Core and PR coating for FoPLP, and Display Module such as Hard Coating, Anti Reflection Coating, OCR, Light Extraction Coating with High & Low RI Coating, Low K Coating, and Black Bezel.
