Unilag Consult Ltd. (UCL) is the business consultancy arm of the University of Lagos. Established by the Governing Council of the University in July 1983, it was registered under the Business Names Act of 1961 with registration number 459866. However, it was later incorporated as a Limited Liability Company under the Companies’ and Allied Matters Act of 1990, with Registration number RC:1146081.
UCL has a unique assemblage of professionally and academically qualified and competent hands to provide adequate technical services in any sector of the economy. We have at our disposal a pool of over 2000 highly skilled resource persons, consultants and technical support staff both within and outside the university.
By status, in addition to our own in-house facilities, Unilag Consult also has direct access to all available faculty facilities within the University. With the in-situ availability of experts in various fields, Unilag Consult is not only able to offer comprehensive, flexible and well-coordinated consultancy services, but it also has the capability and capacity to put together, in a timely manner, a multi-disciplinary team to meet all the specified requirements for providing an effective technical support.
Over the years, UCL has offered a wide range of services to a diverse client base which includes The Federal Government of Nigeria, Various State & Local Governments, International Oil Companies, FMCGs, Manufacturers, Telecommunication Firms and a host of others.
