UPP was founded in 2019 with a singular goal: to create a partnership structure for Physical Therapy (PT) owners that allows them to maintain practice independence but gain the additional advantages associated with becoming part of a larger community.
We are focused entirely on physical and occupational therapy and partner with practices across the U.S. who align with our mission of providing best-in-class quality of care and fostering 1:1 patient relationships through highly personalized therapy.
