Unitas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stoke-on-Trent City Council and delivers repairs and maintenance services to Stoke-on-Trent's 18,500 council homes and 600 public buildings.

We carry out an average of 600 responsive repair jobs a day under a £42m annual budget, with plans to refurbish 1,500 void properties.
Unitas employs more than 400 employees - a dedicated workforce of skilled trade operatives, including gas and electrical engineers, joiners, plumbers, plasterers, painters and bricklayers.

All apprentices are supported by an experienced mentor, to enable maximised learning, development and experience within the role.
