Other existing residential developments are The Crescent Ville North- Casuntingan a 3.1 hectare residential development and Avington Homes located in Kananga, Leyte.
Today and in the future, UARI aims to provide not only horizontal housing developments but also vertical and more residential developments that will help the local and national markets. Continued growth has given us the opportunity to improve our services to the community and customers.
