About Universal Informatics : Universal Informatics was launched in the year 1994 as a franchisee of Tata Unisys Ltd. Education Centre (TULEC), soon it became the premier computer training centre of Madhya Pradesh. Through the 23 years of its journey it has crossed several milestones.
