Based in London and operating within the criminal justice field, UNJUST C.I.C (UNJUST) is a not-for-profit organisation with a national remit. Founded and directed by Katrina Ffrench, UNJUST specialises in challenging policing practices and policies that disproportionately impact Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority communities. On a mission to address discrimination within the criminal justice system and create equity within society, UNJUST understands that to achieve the much-needed systemic transformation requires an inclusive and collaborative approach that actively involves, informs, and empowers all of society - particularly those that are adversely impacted by policing interactions.
