We are dedicated to uniting and strengthening the Latino community at Michigan by providing opportunities for professional development, networking, and mentorship. We believe that every Latino Wolverine has the potential to achieve their full potential, and we are committed to providing the support they need to succeed.

Our mission is to:
- Share career, educational, and social opportunities at Michigan and within our UMLA alum through virtual events, in-person events, and social media.
- Support students and alumni at all personal, career, and educational stages through networking events, mentorship programs, and professional development programming.
- Build long-lasting connections across generations of the UMLA alum.
We are always looking for new volunteers to help us design tailored programming, raise funds for students and operations, and communicate our shared stories to the UMLA community and beyond.
