We lead on the Sustainability Network, working with the sustainability-focussed societies at Sheffield Students' Union to coordinate campaigns/events and act as a voice for students who want to see change.
We also run campaigns and events of our own, and last year's committee was very successful. The highlights included a Careers Fair protest that led to a university commitment to prioritising sustainable companies and the creation of a Fast Fashion policy approved by the SU Council, committing the SU to sourcing and promoting sustainable clothing.
