Before Upgrading Standards, there were no companies that provided consulting services for: - small businesses - medical facilities/systems - architectural and development firms - and beyond … that analyze and convey the needs, gaps, and accessibility oversights in individual businesses from the consumer perspective with methods to develop feasible and effective plans of change.
