Urban Architecture was established by Fionnuala O’Connor in 2007, specialising in refurbishment, extension and new build work across the residential, commercial, conservation and fitout sectors. Our aim is to maximise the space, natural light and potential of every building, through quality detailed design of all internal and external built elements. We offer a friendly, flexible and personal approach to Architecture, providing a very individual service for each project.
Over the last 9 years we have carried out a wide range of projects throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with projects including domestic alterations and extensions, new build houses, commercial new build, fit out and conservation of historic properties. Fionnuala O’Connor is a Registered Architect under the Building Control Act 2007, a member of the Royal Institute of Irish Architects & the Royal Institute of British Architects and an Architect Accredited in Conservation at Grade III. We currently employ 3 staff at our Francis St office in Dublin.
