Maldonado, an independent events planner and multimedia marketing consultant, began recording performances in the underground music scene in Los Angeles and quickly garnered a following. Under Maldonado’s direction, Urban Melody TV has established itself as a legitimate forum for up to the minute entertainment coverage and news, experiencing firm success as well as name recognition in the event industry. In keeping with this entrepreneurial spirit, Urban Melody TV then expanded its platform, breaking into the mainstream by providing exclusive interviews with a variety of artists and personalities, from Sons of Anarchy's Emilio Rivera to radio legend Art Laboe. Through Maldonado’s specialized approach, interviews are strategically crafted to go deep beneath the surface to elicit the exceptional and fascinating dimensions and details of the artist. As a result of such high profile interviews, Urban Melody TV experienced newfound success and cemented its place in mainstream Hollywood.
