Urbis Capital, is a Peruvian Company focused in diversified investments and consulting.We work in Asset Management, Private Equity, Banking,Origination and structuring bankable projects, in order to maximize business opportunities in Perú and currently manage an investment portfolio of approximately US$367MM.
We started in 2002, as a Single-family Office and Investment Advisor.Also, we offered direct services to Peruvian Banking and Corporate companies.
In 2006,we decided to work in atracting International Representations from Latin America and Europe.We developed and implemented investment projects to get start operations of Financial Institutions as well as Savings banks and Credit.
In 2010,according to the Peruvian economy that grew a robust 8.78% (one of the highest rates in the World) we decided to participate in different sectors, such as: Construction,Mining,Agriculture, Automotive, International Trade and Hotel Industry.
In 2013, our participation in Asset Management, Private Equity,Banking and Financial Services to Family economic Groups and Foreign Groups are consolidated.One of our objectives was to recommend to some Economic Groups that operated Shopping Centers (with surplus cash) to invest in the acquisition of large land for Urban expansion and future construction or Industrial Park projects.
In the last 15 years,we have improved and adapted to Peruvian economic policies and International trends, keeping in mind companies with Ethics,Good Corporate Governance and Environmental Sustainability.Our goal is also to grow by stableshing of Technological companies that accelerate change of thinking and forms of investment for development.
