Through inclusive practices, leadership, and expertise, we’re creating a platform for change that welcomes and empowers all voices. ABOUT US In the summer of 2022, the U.S. Endowment for Forestry and Communities created the Inclusion Council to carry out a National Action Plan to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in the forest sector. So far, we have made significant strides towards inviting the forestry sector into a broader conversation related to: - Attracting new talent - Closing workforce gaps - Engaging the opportunities of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) head-on
