UX Manifesto Overview
Pieter den Heten - User Experience researcher, designer and advocate. Since I started my career in 1999, I’ve been a passionate advocate of usability and accessibility. Today, I lead teams to deliver world-class digital products for government, corporates and startups. My leadership style is collaborative, creative and forward-thinking. My designs were featured in publications such as the Guardian, the New York Times, the Huffington Post and VICE. A true global professional, my experience covers the Asia-Pacific region and Europe. I speak fluent English and Dutch and (intermediate) German. I am completing a Master of Business Administration at Deakin University to expand my knowledge of business processes and their impact on digital decision-making. I am also a Certified ScrumMaster® registered with SCRUM ALLIANCE®
