ValueBond Health

In 2006 the ValueBond Health program was established specifically for prescription medicine communications. To circumnavigate the heavy legal challenges associated with incentivisation of patients the VBH program incorporated a charity donation to made by BSM on behalf of the patient each time a prescription was dispensed at a pharmacy. This was legally approved in 2007 by Pharmacy lawyers Russell Church (UK ) and Stibbe (Europe) making VBH the only prescription loyalty program in Europe. Following 4 trials in UK and the incorporation of the subsequent learnings( Local charities drive footfall and community is key to the project etc) the first pilot was launched in Belgium Waterloo in 2008 with a chain 32 pharmacies.
