The company was established in 2006 under its founders’ high experience since the mid-80s. Vamet Medical is based in Ankara Headquarters and branch offices located in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Gaziantep. Our specialists are reliable and agile in offering high-quality medical equipment that would serve the sector's vital needs.
Though Vamet medical R&D department officially received its certificate in 2022, its work on laser dates back to previous years. Various medical projects based on laser-tissue interaction are carried out in the R&D department. The development of laser probes and devices for each project follows importation and exportation processes. Cardiovascular surgery, plastic surgery, gynecology, and proctology are the disciplines that use our probes. These projects are financially supported by TUBITAK/TEYDEP. Nine different types of laser probes with multiple wavelengths for different projects are produced by our company. The R&D department is the only domestic manufacturer of existing laser systems and carries out most of the initiatives made with laser systems in our country with the brand CeLaS®, which has international certificates such as CE and ISO13485. We closely follow the developments in our discipline and sector.
