Van Harten Surveying Inc. is a land surveying and engineering company with offices located in the City of Guelph and the Town of Orangeville. Since 1968 Van Harten Surveying has provided surveying services across Southern Ontario. We have a wide range of clients including builders, developers, lawyers, real estate agents, retail chains, universities, utilities, government (municipal, provincial and federal) and home owners. Our engineering department provides services and designs for septic systems, storm water management, site drainage, municipal servicing and site plan application. Surveying services include, but are not limited to surveyor's real property reports, topographic surveys, subdivision design and layout, condominium plan, severances, new home layout, reference plan surveys, boundary surveys for fencing, drainage compliance certificates, and engineering layout.
