VSI Consulting (Vancouver Student Impact Consulting) is a student-led consulting initiative that empowers high school students to develop foundational consulting skills while driving meaningful change in their communities. Each semester, we select a cohort of highly motivated and standout students to participate in a hands-on learning experience.
Through guided mentorship from lead consultants—experienced university students from top consulting clubs who have worked on major nonprofit projects—our participants gain real-world experience in problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking. They collaborate with local nonprofits to develop impact-driven deliverables, applying consulting frameworks to address pressing community challenges.
