Vastint is an international real estate company with 35 years of experience. Our goal is to create long-term value through property investment. The cornerstones of our operations are developing commercial and residential real estate that we go on to manage actively, including hotels. Our development activities include land acquisition, master planning, design, construction, leasing and sales. In 2020, we opened the Hotel Co 51 division in order to operate hotels within our portfolio. We are active in many countries across Europe. Vastint Holding B.V. is owned by Interogo Holding AG in Switzerland. Interogo Holding is a foundation-owned investment group. The investment strategies include private and long-term equities, infrastructure, liquid assets and real estate.
