Vault Investments LLC was established by the Lootah family in 2012. Since the launch the company showed a rapid growth in the market and succeeded in positioning itself as one of Dubai’s most dynamic, interconnected and innovative investment firm.
Empowered by Lootah family business backroad and history where the family belongs to the Al Bu Humeir tribe and moved from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, got the name Lootah. Forefathers lived in Dubai for 200 years and later moved to Ajman, driven by the demands of a livelihood.
Lootah family was in pearling, gold trading along with there Real estate business . Once They returned to Dubai in the 1940s the family entered the construction business. Lootah then got into various business such as banking, manufacturing, food and beverage, food processing, oil and gas and always look at new areas of investments. The family has major well known notable members who had a great presence in both government and private sector and always worked for the benefit of the nation.
During the last decade, as Vault Investments we have invested its capital with the leadership of Mr. Sultan Ali Lootah and Mr. Abdulla Ali Lootah and the support of the effective, proactive and productive Vault team into direct investments that have yielded returns exceeding 3X.
As company and a family group. Vault Investments have leveraged the proprietary deal flow that comes into the family office and invested into business that have yielded financial and nonfinancial benefits such as increased employment of the local workforce into the technology sectors. In addition, we are regarded amongst the top providers of fiscal, and innovation advisory services to many Government agencies in the APAC and Middle East regions.
Holding a portfolio with companies worth over 500 Million USD, Vault Investments has diversified into technology, retail, commercial, real assets and trading sectors and has a wide geographical footprint covering GCC, India, Egypt, APAC and Europe.
