VDL Parts is founded in 2006 to take of all spare parts related activities for all customers of VDL Bus & Coach.
Throughout the years we have steadily built a product assortment, which now contains of 40.000 different articles of more than 500 OE suppliers.
Nowadays our spare parts customers are not only purchasing VDL Bus & Coach spare parts, but we are offering the complete product range of various suppliers at very competitive conditions.
We have proven excellence in spare parts tender business. This successfully brings us in framework agreements with the largest fleet owners in Europe, Asia and the Middle East for supplying a broad range of spare parts.
Next to this, together with our sister companies VDL Weweler Parts, TTI Norway and VDL Parts Sweden, we join forces in Truck and Trailer related parts, since we’re all using the same back office and warehouse in Veldhoven.
VDL Bus & Coach After Sales Services:
VDL Parts also houses the department for VDL Bus & Coach related After Sales services.
Here they centrally organize the service network development, training, 24/7 support, warranty and product improvement.
