It all began with a little bit of vision and originality.
We heard of huge quantities of leftover linen fabric in the manufacturing industry. It clicked into our thought that in times like these, with rapidly increasing environmental damage in every direction that we glance, these huge quantities of absolutely gorgeous cut pieces of linen fabric were being unutilized.
There was, however, a selection and sorting process put into place, in order to ensure a variety of colour and design, so that a touch of versatility could be brought into the line of products. This was done so that the design team could come up with innovative designs, to convert into beautiful upcycled products. Every product clearly spells out a purposeful and creative journey.
In the process, village folks are employed for their unique craftwork and embroidery on the products. This is something that the company prides itself on- that gainful employment is provided to this large number of creative hands.
The product line of Veetrag Linen is wide, and ranges from bed-covers and throws to face-masks, and we are the only company that deals in upcycled linen fabric in India.
