During this time, we have selected what we consider to be the standout exploration licenses in Cyprus, ranging from brownfield properties hosting JORC 2012 Resources at Kokkinoyia, Klirou and New Sha, to grass roots projects displaying the hallmarks of highly prospective VMS deposits. Venus has positioned itself to be a near-term, low-cost copper producer at a time when tightening of supply and increasing demand are placing significant upside pressure on the copper price. The copper to be produced at Apliki has a purity of 99.999%, making it a highly sought-after product. Venus has the opportunity to continue a contract with Glencore that guarantees the sale of all copper produced at a premium price to Spot.
