Ecological transformation is more than a concept, this is a state of mind and way of act. Veolia Energy Tashkent, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Veolia, a global leader in optimized resource management, started operations on 1 July 2022 as a district heating operator of Tashkent city.
This first 30-year sizable public-private partnership agreement aims to enhance heating energy quality, to modernize Tashkent’s city district heating networks with associated heating facilities and to ensure gradual transition from an open to a closed heating system.
