At Verde Polysfy we recycle used plastic bottles and convert them into Polyester Fibre. This Polyester Fibre is then used in mattresses, pillows, jackets as well as in manufacturing basic clothing like T-Shirts, Trousers etc.
We are only the second PET Bottle Recycling unit in the entire Eastern Region of India and currently the only active unit. Given lack of plastic recycling plants- plastic waste has been a major problem. At Verde Polysfy- we recycle around 40 tons of PET Bottles every day. Most of the raw material is directly procured from local plastic scrap collectors- thereby providing them a convenient destination for their plastic scrap. We follow the best practices in the recycling industry to ensure proper recycling of waste and best quality of Recycled Polyester Fibre.
