Rainbow One is a feminist social enterprise addressing poverty, financial exclusion, unemployment and homelessness among LGBTQ+ individuals in Uganda through innovative microfinance solutions and entrepreneurial training. LGBTQ+ Ugandans face financial exclusion due to discrimination, lack of inclusive policies, poverty, and social isolation.
Rainbow One envisions a Uganda where LGBTQ+ individuals thrive, free from poverty, financial exclusion, and social isolation.
