Veroniki Holding S.p.A.

Veroniki Holding S.p.A. was founded in 2010 by Daniela Veronica Gusa de Dragan as the sole coordinating organization of the Dragan Group. In particular, Veroniki Holding S.p.A. was created to perform strategic functions, administrative, financial, commercial, and technical control and coordination for the Group companies both in Italy and abroad. The activities of the Veroniki Group The Group was established in 1948, the year in which its founder Prof. Giuseppe Costantino Dragan set up ButanGas S.p.A. in Italy. The Group is now present in 9 European countries where it operates via 36 entities, with around 1.420 employees, in the following sectors: • LPG; • renewable energies; • electricity and natural gas; • naval; • real estate; • medical and wellness; • food packaging; • culture and teaching. The core business of the Group is the distribution of LPG, a service it performs in seven European countries: • in Italy with ButanGas • in Greece with PetroGaz • in Romania with ButanGas Romania • in Germany with DrachenGas • in Serbia with ButanGas International • in Poland with DragonGaz • in Austria with PropanGas
