Al sinds 1950 maakt de Vereniging van Gereformeerde Studenten te Rotterdam deel uit van het studentenleven in deze bruisende stad. Voornamelijk gevestigd in het Westen van Rotterdam is ze een groep betrokken christelijke studenten, op zoek om meer uit hun studentenleven te halen. De VGSR is er voor zowel WO- als HBO-studenten, voor iedereen die Gods woord onderschrijft.
