VSG’s strategy is to create a larger and more diverse software company through strategic acquisitions and managed growth. Our goal is to acquire small, quality UK businesses in a disciplined manner, using the strong cash flow to reinvest in the next acquisition.
VSG strives to achieve long-term, stable growth while operating a decentralised business model. This ensures our acquired companies remain independent, retain their culture and successful branding. VSG provides capital and administrative support allowing companies to thrive in their environment.
VSG was formed by three individuals in the investment management industry with combined investment experience of 54 years. The founders realised the potential of acquiring small, operationally sound businesses with high customer satisfaction through many years of observing and investing in alike models.
VSG’s CEO is a Harvard graduate who has been in the business of acquiring private companies for 20 years across numerous sectors, including software and related businesses, financial services, oil & gas, mining, general industrial, TMT, and shipping. His experience of operating businesses up to $40mln in revenues and managing more than 120 staff allows us to lay the foundation for VSG’s future growth.
