Journeying from Exclusion to Inclucion
The Victor Manickam Foundation works as a bridge for Individuals or sections of society who are isolated or excluded for reasons known or unknown to them by implementing a unique framework designed by a community of Human Design Educators. Inclusion begins in being aware and sensitive to the extent of exclusion that we human beings practice in our daily lives in the guise of normalising ourselves into a civilised society. Inclusion dismantles ignorance and expands the possibilities of Society. One such possibility is Project Mochan where prison inmates are empowered to create a new future for themselves and in the impact of which the Society experiences its own transformation in the areas of Employment, Leadership, and Social Change.
