An alumni-run mentorship program that aims to guide the existing batch of students from Victoria Junior College through their higher education and career choices in future. It builds on a pay-it-forward system whereby mentees who have completed the cycle may become mentors themselves to help the future batch of Victorians. This creates a strong network of support, as well as connections, among the Victorian family.
